Haystack 1.16 is here!

With Haystack 1.16, there are even more great features that add a fresh perspective to your NLP applications!

Here's a summary of what's new:

  • GPT-4 is now supported through PromptNode and Agent.
  • Enhanced RouteDocuments node is now even more flexible, as it can now create an extra route for unmatched Documents.
  • RAGenerator and Seq2SeqGenerator are deprecated and will be removed in version 1.18.
  • There are some new extras that you can install as optional dependencies:
    • PreProcessor
    • DocxToTextConverter
    • TikaConverter
    • LangdetectDocumentLanguageClassifier
    • ElasticsearchDocumentStore
